Ritz Sweet Chilli – Football Activation

Terms and conditions of this promotion set a legally binding agreement between Mondelēz Bahrain Biscuits WLL (“Mondelēz”) and Participants.

1. The Promotion: Ritz Sweet Chilli – Football Activation Promotion (“the Promotion”)

2. The Promoter: This Promotion is being run by Mondelēz Bahrain Biscuits WLL (“the Promoter”)

3. The Participant: All consumers who participate in the promotion. All participants and/or their sponsors must be 13 years old and above at the time of participating in the Promotion. (“Participant”).

4. Participating Products: The Promotion is valid only for Ritz Sweet Chilli 39.5gx12

5. The Market: This Promotion is open to citizens and residents of UAE

6. Promotion Period: The promotion is valid from:

April 22^nd to May 21^st

Draw Date: May 26^th, 2025

7. About The Promotion:

7.1. Overview: Ritz Sweet Chilli – Football Activation is a promotion where consumers upon purchase of 1 Ritz Sweet Chilli 39.5gx12 box and by registering in the campaign microsite the participant can enter a raffle draw and get a chance to WIN exciting prizes.

7.2. How to Participate: Upon purchase of participating products:

a) Buy: Ritz Sweet Chilli 39.5gx12

b) Scan: The QR code on-pack or visit www.domorewithritz.com

c) Register: Participants will be required to create their own profile by signing up on the website and entering their name, telephone, email address and Location

d) Submit: Your entry is submitted into a draw to stand a chance to win Prizes

7.3. The Prizes:

1. Grand Prize: 1 x BeIN 6 months Subscription with receiver

2. Tier 1: 1 x Sound link

3. Tier 2: 1 x Wireless Earbuds

8. Winner Selection:

· There will be a total of [3] winners

· Winners will be chosen based on e-raffle draw via a Randomizer software

· The draws will be conducted by the designated local Chamber of Commerce or Economic Departments

· The draw will be carried out a week after the promotion end date at a day and time suitable to the local authorities

· All entries must be received on or after the Start date and on or before the End Date.

· In the event of the same Participant winning twice, the Participant will only be entitled to one prize which is the first prize that he/she has won.

· Winners must show a valid government ID before claiming the prize.

· Prizes shall be delivered to the Winner through delivery partners.

· The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries which are delayed or not received due to any error, omission, delay in operation, transmission, network or software problems or any other reason beyond the Promoter's control.

· No cash prizes or replacement prizes will be given in lieu of any of the above Prizes.

Notifying Winners:

Winner will be announced via Instagram on Ritz official page (@ritzarabia) and will be contacted via Telephone as well once details are verified. Winners must claim their prizes within 30 days of the date of winner announcement else the same shall be forfeited without any liability to the Promoter whatsoever. The prizes will be delivered to the winners after they provide their full address and share the necessary documents.

Disqualification:

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant without informing the Participant if such Participant fails to comply with the Promotion’s terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or temporarily suspend the Promotion at any time for any reason without any notice whatsoever and with no liability to any user or any third party.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant without informing the Participant if such Participant has provided false information in their submission form or their submitted video.

Additional Cost:

Any costs associated with accessing any digital platform is the Participant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

Limitation of Liability:

The Promoter shall not be deemed responsible or liable towards any third party and/or Participant in case of infringements of any kind of such third party's or Participant’s rights or any loss of person or property or damage caused to the Participant/ third party by virtue of participation in this Promotion. The Promoter also undertakes no liability whatsoever for the quality of the Prizes and they are given out only on an as-is basis, no replacements shall be provided. The Promoter has no liability in case the Participants entries are not picked in the draw.

Force Majeure:

If for any reason the Promoter cannot provide the winner with the prize because of any delays or changes beyond the Promoter’s control, the winner will be compensated with an alternative prize reasonably considered of equal value or greater value.

Participant’s Information and data privacy:

By entering this Promotion, the Participant agrees that the information provided by the Participant may be used by the Promoter or appointed agency for the administration of this Promotion.
The Promoter may also use the information to carry out research about this Promotion and communicate future promotions to the Participant.
The personal data of the Participants collected in connection with this Promotion, are necessary for the performance of the Promotion and to satisfy legal and other requirements not contained herein.
The communication of personal information relating to the Participant is carried out in compliance with the laws of the respective market.
The Participant expressly authorizes the Promoter to process personal data concerning him/ her and to communicate such data, to the subsidiary companies of the group, to its partners, its subcontractors and service providers and to any other required legal authorities, as required for the execution of this Promotion and in accordance with local laws and regulations.
In this context, the Participant has the right to access, modify and delete his/ her personal data.
The Participant expressly grants the Promoter the right to use any content uploaded by the Participant in any manner the Promoter deems fit
The participant authorizes the promoter to communicate with them in the future, and after opting in, they will receive news, updates, and promotions from the promoter via email and/or SMS.

The Promoter’s Employees:

This Promotion is not open to the Promotor’s employees (or members of their immediate families namely sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, or spouses) or the employees of its subsidiaries, affiliates, sister companies or any third parties involved in the execution of this Promotion, either directly or indirectly. If any such person wins the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel such participation.

Governing Law:

The terms and conditions of this Promotion are subject to the Laws of Bahrain and the courts of the Bahrain shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle and dispute or claim arising in connection with this Promotion.

Reserved Rights:

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which the Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel, alter or add to at any time during its term.

You shall be liable for all the taxation that might arise out of the winnings/Prizes from this Campaign and shall not hold Mondelēz and/or Campaign Partner and/ or its/their respective affiliates responsible for payment of the same and/ or any dispute arising in relation thereof.
